Membership fees are non-refundable once paid, except within the first 90 days of your membership. To qualify for a refund within this period, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must not have accessed more than 50% of the lessons in any purchased course.

Once your request is received and approved, your access to the website will be immediately revoked, and the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Failure to provide the required information may result in the denial of your refund request.
