All payments are one-time charges, with no recurring fees. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase to gain access to the selected course package.

If you are making a payment from outside the Eurozone, any necessary currency conversions shall be automatically processed by your bank at the prevailing exchange rates at the time of transaction. Additional bank fees for currency conversion may apply, and these are your responsibility.

There are no additional charges beyond the listed prices for each package. The total cost of each package is inclusive of all necessary materials and resources.

Course-Matrix reserves the right to modify the pricing of its packages at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases made prior to the modification date.

Upon successful completion of a course, participants will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion. Certificates will be available for download immediately after the participant has completed all required components of the course.

Participants will receive a notification as soon as they have fulfilled the course requirements, informing them that their certificate is ready for download.

 

Membership

Course-Matrix grants you access to its educational materials through the purchase of individual course packages. Each package must be bought separately, giving you access to the specific courses included. To access a package, you must complete your purchase with a valid payment method, and pay the applicable fees.

When you purchase a course on Course-Matrix, you receive unlimited access to the course materials for an indefinite period. This means you can revisit and review the content whenever you need it, without any time constraints.

We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered Educational Programs.

 

Account Management, Login Details & Payment Processing

If you register on our website, you are given a username and password. You must keep this information confidential.

The member who created the account and whose Payment Method is charged is referred to here as the Account Owner. The Account Owner has access and control over the Course-Matrix account. The Account Owner’s control is exercised using the Account Owner’s password. Therefore, to maintain exclusive control, the Account Owner should not reveal the login details, such as the password to anyone.

In addition, if the Account Owner wishes to prohibit others from altering the Account Owner’s control, the Account Owner should not reveal the Payment Method details (e.g., the last four digits of their credit or debit card) associated with their account. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us in relation to your account.

Accounts are provided on an individual basis. You are expressly forbidden from giving another person or entity access to your account. You should be mindful of any communication requesting that you submit credit card or other account information. Providing your information in response to these types of communications can result in identity theft. Always access your sensitive account information by going directly to the Course-Matrix website and not through a hyperlink in an email or any other electronic communication, even if it looks official. Course-Matrix reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the member in order to protect you, itself and its partners from possible fraudulent activities.

Course-Matrix is not obligated to credit or discount a Membership for holds placed on the account by either a representative of Course-Matrix or by the automated processes of Course-Matrix.

If you know or suspect that someone else is aware of your username and password, you must promptly notify us at [email protected].

Course-Matrix certify that payment processing complies with applicable financial regulations and industry standards. Payment information is processed through reputable, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to ensure the highest level of security. Refund Policy

All Membership Fees are considered paid upon full payment and are non-refundable, except during the first 90 days from the beginning of the Membership under the condition that you have viewed no more than 50% of the lessons made available to you.

You can request a refund by emailing us at [email protected] or via the “contact us” form on the website, stating your wish to receive a refund and providing your full name. To make it easier for us please add the purchase date, the purchased package or any other supporting documentation or information. Please provide an explanation as to why you want a refund.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the receipt. Once we receive and handle your cancellation request, you will cease to have access to the site immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.

Requests for refunds made beyond the initial 90-day period may still be considered on a case-by-case basis. We encourage clients to contact us with detailed information explaining why they believe they are eligible for a refund. You agree not to engage in or authorize any chargebacks, disputes, or claims with third parties, banks, or payment processors without first attempting to resolve the issue through Course-Matrix. Any such actions taken without prior resolution attempts may result in delays in the resolution of your complaint or restrictions on your account. We prioritize resolving issues directly to ensure a fair and efficient process. By contacting our support team first, we can address your concerns promptly and effectively.

Any unjustified attempt by a third party to contact us on behalf of or with the authority of the account owner shall be deemed an illicit action or act of bad faith. In the event of the above-mentioned third-party contact leading to legal actions or expenses incurred by us, the responsible party, whether you or the third party, shall be held liable for covering all associated costs.
